*SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATION SERVICE
                Owners can submit 5 small claims each month as restricted by the Small Claims Court.  This service includes preparation and filing the Small Claims complaint(s) with the Court.  It also includes representation in Court to present your case.  If judgment is awarded to you, we will provide the service of judgment enforcement as a package deal. A status report will be provided after each court appearance to the business owner. (TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO PANDEMIC.  However, if you are interested in this service, contact me as we can get the paperwork ready to be submitted once the Courts reopen.)

*JUDGMENT ENFORCEMENT SERVICE (BROOKLYN, MANHATTAN, QUEENS, HARLEM AND THE BRONX)
                Provide business owners with uncollected judgments the service of judgment enforcement and collection.  Judgments are good for 20 years from the date judgment was entered. (AVAILABLE VIA ONLINE INTERACTION)

*REVIEW OF INTAKE DOCUMENTATION FOR POSSIBLE ISSUES AND COLLECTABILITY
                Provide a thorough review of intake documents (credit application, credit reports/D&B, personal guarantees, as well as contracts to determine the level of collectability in the event of a default.  Review blank forms used by business owners to find any issues and improve the likelihood of collections if future issues arise with a new customer. (AVAILABLE VIA ONLINE INTERACTION) 
 


For Consumers  (SAFE AND SECURE) 

VIRTUAL CREDIT REPAIR 
JMMCNY is always  ready to help consumers protect themselves from scams and identity theft.  The Credit repair process will consist of reviewing your Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reports with you line by line.

Process:         Client sign and fills out authorization and agreement.  
Instructions are sent to the client  for pulling each of the reports and forwarding to Jackelyn.  Virtual meeting set to review all reports with you one-on-one.  An alternative to video chat meeting is the consultation via telephone conversation.   After all reports are reviewed and issues identified, Jackelyn will prepare the required letters to get the issues corrected for the client to sign and mail out.      

Jackelyn takes you step-by-step through the entire process which includes the initial review, initial letter to the credit bureaus,  review of reports with client, and make any  disputes and requests to the credit reporting companies.  Once the corrected reports are  received, Jackelyn reviews the reports with you to make sure all items were removed or corrected.   Email Jackelyn at contact@jmmccny.com for more information and to set up  a virtual video chat or phone call to discuss.

For Consumers -- Providing informative seminars to help them understand credit scores, terminology, the process and other items such as what affects your credit and what doesn’t.   One -on-one, step-by-step training on how to fix their own credit reports and increase their credit scores.  This service is provided to all consumers in The Bronx, Queens,  Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

This is also enough food to eliminate food insecurity in America three times over: one third of food that is currently thrown away is enough nutrition to feed all 42 million hungry Americans, including 14 million children, every year. ​
